About

A spa works when the team understands the project, knows its numbers and has the structure needed to look after both its guests and the business, every day.
I first spent several years working as a self-employed makeup artist in Paris. Wanting to leave the capital led me towards the spa industry. I trained in beauty therapy, completed an international spa qualification and earned a Spa Manager diploma. I then worked as a therapist and spa receptionist before progressing into roles as Assistant Spa Manager, Spa Manager and Hotel Manager. This path has given me a practical understanding of every role, from the treatment room to hotel management.

A well-supported team that keeps developing and understands its numbers creates the best possible guest experience.
Why I work independently
I chose to work independently so I can make coherent decisions and work directly with the people behind the project. I establish a clear framework, set priorities and remain available when construction or schedules fall behind. As opening approaches, I focus energy on what needs to work. I build a solid operation, then give the team the knowledge and structure to understand the project, become autonomous and continue developing it after I leave.
