Jeanne & Jules

Four months before opening, Jeanne & Jules was still taking shape in the middle of a construction site. As Deputy Hotel Manager, I was preparing the hotel opening while leading the development of its spa. With only one treatment room, every decision had to count: the positioning, menu, offers and forecasts needed to appeal to staying guests while giving local residents a reason to make the journey. I turned that direction into a working operation, from software and purchasing to procedures, atmosphere and coordination with the other departments.

I also took charge of technical oversight and facility maintenance. When construction delayed the spa opening by one month, I kept the preparation moving until it was ready to operate. After opening, I became Hotel Manager and continued to lead the activity. The spa established its place within the hotel and local market, attracting hotel guests, local clients and regulars.
